Bi-metal hand saw blades are made of High Speed Steel and spring steel. The combination of these two materials guarantees excellent blade properties. The HSS wire is laser welded to the spring steel tape. This combination ensures the flexibility, rigidity and pliability of the blade body as well as the high hardness of the teeth.
