We are the company PILANA Metal s.r.o. with the registered office in Nádražní 804, 768 24 Hulín, Czech Republic.

 

We operate an e-shop on the pilanametal.shop website.

 

In order to provide our services - selling goods and operating our website - we process some personal data.

When you make an enquiry about our products and services, we work with the contact details you provide to us, mainly via the enquiry form. These are: Name and email.

This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) DSGVO - negotiating a contract or carrying out pre-contractual measures at your request.

 

How long will we process the personal data?

Unless we enter into further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 2 years after our last communication.

 

B. Processing of personal data in the event of a purchase

 

When you make a purchase from us, we work with the data you enter. This is mainly billing data: First name, last name, address, email, telephone.

 

For what reason?

We need to process personal data to fulfil our contract - to provide you with our goods or services. We also use contact details to communicate with you about the status of your order, complaints or your questions.

We also process personal data to comply with our legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes or to deal with complaints and other matters).

The processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) DSGVO - performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) DSGVO - compliance with our legal obligation.
